Since 2018 this world has spent more time than not in patient stillness - unwound.
On occasion, it is remembered - the cog above the skybox turns, and the clock is rewound.
It is the last burst of inspiration before a stillness that makes the world worth returning to. It has kept time this way for years, and will indefinitely - as it is never one keeper who winds it, but whichever player remembers next.

These commands run on a random number generator built for TempleOS - an operating system written by Terry A. Davis in HolyC. !oracle draws from the original TempleOS Happy.TXT wordlist, emulating the "god" function through which Terry believed God spoke - the user finds meaning in the associations between the words. All four commands share this TempleOS randomiser, but only !oracle is a replica of a TempleOS feature.
